Our experienced and dedicated team brings over 26 years of experience in the medical industry and over 28 years of experience in beauty and aesthetics. We’re committed to continuing to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest research, products, and technologies to ensure our clients can enjoy maximum results and benefits.
DANIELLE DRISCOLL
Co-Owner | NP
After graduating with her B.S. in Nursing from Saint Anselm College in 2013 and Nurse Practitioner Master of Science from Northeastern University in 2016, Danielle found her love working in primary care where she makes it a priority to get to know her patients and their families as people, counseling them toward the best decisions for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
After spending 11 years of experience as a nurse, including 8 years as a nurse practitioner, Danielle knew it was time to expand her horizons beyond the medical field and explore her passions for wellness and aesthetics. She pursued training through The Aesthetic Mentor in Boston, MA. under the loved and trusted Dr. Joseph Russo, M.D., and remains dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest research and best products to help others look and feel their best.
When she’s not providing concierge aesthetic and wellness services for Optimize, Danielle D. is likely providing exceptional care to patients as a nurse practitioner in Peabody, MA, spending time with her husband Jeremy, co-owner of Evolution Performance Center, or coordinating chaos with her three children and two dogs. And, with all of her spare time, she is currently working toward her purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu at Evolution Performance Center.
Danielle L. has been working in the beauty industry since 2005, working as an esthetician and a makeup artist for weddings, events, and photoshoots. She also brings over a decade of experience as a registered nurse. Safe to say, she knows how to make people look and feel their best. She is certified in Advanced Neurotoxin and Filler under the guidance of Dr. Joseph Russo, M.D. through The Aesthetic Mentor in Boston, MA.
Having struggled with her own skin throughout her teenage years, Danielle L. understands the struggle of finding the right products and treatments that truly work for your skin type. She entered the beauty industry on a mission to help others find the products, regimens, and treatments that support her clients’ confidence by making them not only look their best but feel their best, too. Since then, she has never stopped looking for ways to help others improve their self-image and overall well-being.
When she’s not working, you can likely find Danielle L. kicking ass as a brown belt at Evolution Performance Center or spending time with her family (including 2 fur babies) and friends.

Even as a child, Danielle V. knew she was destined to support others on their journey to feeling better about themselves. Whether it’s working with people to embrace their natural beauty or supporting clients on their personal fitness and wellness journey, Danielle strives to help people step into their confidence and conquer their goals.
With over 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Danielle has done it all. She has worked in dermatology, the ER, nursing, and aesthetics. However, after completing training through The Aesthetic Mentor in Boston, MA Dr. Joseph Russo, M.D., and receiving her esthetics license in 2016, Danielle started exploring ways to help people achieve a multi-faceted approach to their confidence. With a special interest in holistic wellness and advanced aesthetics, Danielle is always seeking out new ways to support clients on their journey of feeling and being their best selves.
When she’s not providing services at Optimize or scheming up the next service offering, you can likely find Danielle V. researching the latest technologies in the wellness industry, studying the latest in skincare, or exploring the world of laser treatments and plastic surgery. Outside of these passions, Danielle loves spending quality time with her 4 kids.
